Since 1952, the Kaplan Telephone Company has been dedicated to establishing rewarding relationships with their customers by providing quality Wireless, Broadband, Cable TV, Security, and Digital Telephone Services. In 2017, the company shortened it's name to Kaptel and came to me for a billboard to both inform and reassure their clients that they would receive the same great service - just under a new name.
